GABRIEL'S STORY
Shortly after graduating from the University of Michigan in 2015 with his MBA, Gabriel decided that he didn’t just want to work a traditional 9-5. With his first child on the way, he knew he needed to build a business that would let him spend more time with his family and less time behind a desk. Over the next three years, Gabriel explored several passive income and investment opportunities before beginning his journey in real estate investing. Gabriel built a lucrative portfolio of single-family units while also closing dozens of wholesale transactions.
Gabriel knew it was time to scale and decided to begin investing in larger multifamily properties, which were safer investments and proved much more profitable. In 2021, Gabriel joined forces with a team of experienced investors for his largest deal to date – a $26M 216-unit garden-style apartment complex in his hometown of Dallas, Texas.

Gabriel Craft
Gabriel Craft is a seasoned apartment syndicator who founded Craft Capital Investments in 2016, dedicated to acquiring and managing multifamily real estate properties. As the CEO of Craft Capital Investments, he has led the company through eight years of successful ventures, overseeing the acquisition and redevelopment of over $80 million worth of multifamily assets, comprising of more than 830 units. Under his leadership, Craft Capital Investments has grown into a prominent player in the Dallas real estate investment landscape, with a dedicated team of professionals across multiple divisions. He actively engages in philanthropic endeavors, supporting organizations like Habitat for Humanity and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Gabriel resides in Murphy, Texas, with his spouse and two children, where he remains deeply committed to the local community, participating in initiatives aimed at fostering economic development and social welfare.
Misha Kaufman
Misha Kaufman is the District Manager overseeing a large portfolio of multifamily properties across Texas, with property sizes ranging from 60 to 250 units. In addition to his managerial role, Misha is also an investor in these properties. He collaborates closely with Burlington Capital Properties, a renowned management company with a rich history of managing multifamily properties nationwide for over 25 years. As COO of Craft Capital Investments, Misha brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the team, ensuring efficient operations and maximizing returns for investors.
Shawn Griffith
Shawn Griffith serves as the Vice President of Treasury for Craft Capital Investments, where he oversees all aspects of the company's treasury operations. With a background in finance and extensive experience in the real estate industry, Shawn plays a pivotal role in managing cash flow, optimizing liquidity, and implementing risk management strategies. His strategic approach and meticulous attention to detail contribute to the financial stability and growth of Craft Capital Investments. Through his leadership, Shawn ensures that the company maintains strong financial health and effectively navigates the complexities of the real estate market.
Nelson Lee
Nelson Lee, an accredited real estate investor since 1995, boasts a diverse portfolio spanning single and multi-family homes, commercial properties, and self-storage facilities. As a Principal and Adviser to Craft Capital Investments, he specializes in multi-family apartment complexes, with passive investments across Texas, Arizona, and 12 other states totaling approximately 10,000 units. Nelson's strategic involvement extends to co-sponsoring and serving as a key principal in various projects, including a successful 236-unit multi-family complex in Phoenix, AZ, sold within 36 months for a 3.6 multiple to all investors. He also holds positions as a general partner in several multi-family complexes across Texas and Ohio.
Now, as Craft Capital Investments continues to grow, Gabriel has dedicated himself to helping high-achievers retire earlier by coaching them in real asset investing and providing low-risk, high-return opportunities to build real wealth, win back time, and secure their financial future for themselves and their families.
