Shortly after graduating from the University of Michigan in 2015 with his MBA, Gabriel decided that he didn’t just want to work a traditional 9-5. With his first child on the way, he knew he needed to build a business that would let him spend more time with his family and less time behind a desk. Over the next three years, Gabriel explored several passive income and investment opportunities before beginning his journey in real estate investing. Gabriel built a lucrative portfolio of single-family units while also closing dozens of wholesale transactions.

Gabriel knew it was time to scale and decided to begin investing in larger multifamily properties, which were safer investments and proved much more profitable. In 2021, Gabriel joined forces with a team of experienced investors for his largest deal to date – a $26M 216-unit garden-style apartment complex in his hometown of Dallas, Texas.
